False Alarm Protection Plan

A single false alarm can cost you 3 to 6 months the monitoring fee. Our No False Alarm program is designed to bring you security and peace of mind. We take responsibility for false alarms caused by faulty equipment or poor design of security system. As well, we will cover one false alarm each year caused by improper use of the security system.

24/7 Monitoring

Your premises will be protected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Based on your preferences and alarm system configuration, our monitoring team will dispatch appropriate emergency crew – fire, ambulance, police or security guards.

Pay as You Go Monitoring

Do you not like long-term contractual obligations? Or do you just need short-term alarm system monitoring? This is the plan for you. Pay your monthly monitoring fee and have the flexibility to change, put on hold or cancel this service at any time.

Cellular backup monitoring

We can protect your home from smart burglars or technical difficulties. Even if your phone line is not active, our monitoring station will receive signals via cellular network and dispatch appropriate crew – fire, police, ambulance or security guards.
